There are a number of analysts that follow SCO, even if they don't provide coverage. Many of these will be on the call Monday. Suffice to say there is interest from some of the analysts regarding the sorts of questions we would ask, given the chance.

Please help out... this is important. Please stay in this thread as you make replies, and I will post a summary Sunday afternoon. The questions should be posed in such a way that investors better understand risk/reward. To kick things off, I propose the following with more to follow later:

* If you were to place SCOSource revenue into two buckets, bucket 1 solely pertaining to enhanced rights to utilize UNIX source, and bucket 2 for licensing of SCO IP contained in Linux, will you please identify what portion of revenue from this quarter falls into the second Linux bucket?

* Same question, but relative to guidance for Q1.

* You previously mentioned that the expected run rate for legal fees would be about $1MM per quarter. Given the experience you have now with the costs of ongoing litigation, do you see any reason to revise that estimate?

* Regarding your ongoing litigation against IBM, do you feel that the involvement of SCO employees in enterprise Linux development efforts might possibly compromise the strength of your evidence in that case?
