MILLIONS of OPTIONS are paid each year to the Executives of this company (probably with a strike price of ZERO) which is what the insiders pay them selves with by selling options KAZZAZ sells them bi weekly.

Millions of Scrip have already been issued as payment EVEN before anyone of you shareholders gets a right to sell these people will have advance knowledge of any deals going down & have ways to make the playing field not level for the smaller investor.

Ask yourself why ZAAP.OB changes accounting firms every year for the past 3 years?

Ask yourself why the last Accounting firm labeled Zaap.ob a "Going Concern" just 2 quarters ago?

Ask Yourself why does Zaap.ob need outside Public money if they have both Chinese and AraBic investors who have access to large pools of money..

Ask yourself why this company that has already filed for Bankruptcy 4 times prior has a snowballs chance in H_LL of getting any money from the US Govt.
