This guy's a friggen joke! Ever wonder why he spends so much time trashing Zip on this board? As a close follower of the messages posted here, it has become obvious the people that take time out of their busy day to check the board and post messages have a vested interest in ZIPR. If their interest is always negative, it usually means they are either a)a competitor or b)a disgruntled, ex employee who couldn't cut it at Zip. In my many years in real estate I have encountered many agents who jump from company to company because they're sure it's the company they're with that is to fault for their failure. It couldn't possibly be their work ethic, or lack thereof. And who the heck are 500 Realty and Red Fin. The Zip website you find so lacking sure has won a lot of awards and we certainly have a long line of extremely happy clients who rate us very high on customer satisfaction. Keep your Wal-Mart real estate companies. Zip is the best!
