Re: Looks Like BMW Has a New Partner WTF!!     30-Oct-09 09:58 am
Very frustrated with my investment in this floating turd.

I have come to realize that this company lacks so much in management skills and capability. How can you go from being the key BMW partner and spending millions in investing the business while announcing that they have the killer app which is automotive and now getting thrown off the bus?. How did they piss off the customer.

How can a company like this is able to go public with so little expertise in running a company?. The CEO plays with share holders money and is not held accountable. Can he be voted out? not sure we can? I suggest that we demand a pay cut for the CEO until he starts growing the business again. The BOD states that his compensation is equal to what other CEO's of his skill set make, well the difference is that the other CEO's execute and perform.

Look at the past annual reports, the management or executive staff keep changing, the executive employee turnover must be 100%.

One thing I have learned about this business is that it is very cyclical, and that no new customer will commit to high CF usage unless the manufacturing volume is already in place so, many years of no growth and high expenses are required before they sign a new sales contract.

We need a real CEO who is highly regarded in the aerospace and composites industry who can get to the key decision makers.
