dont be fooled by decrease in first time filings, as seen earlier this week. with fewer unemployed, less to be layed off. now 10.3 i doubt this levels off below 11-12%. particulary with healthcare reform, lower medicare reimbursement, the only healthy part of employment picture will suffer as jobs will start to be cut in health care. why does this matter ot zlc? figure it out
