there will be at least two maybe three new one time charges
1. SEC fine 2. Settlement of class action suit (9 mil last time they did this) 3. Possible legal fees to defend board, CEO and CFO from criminal activiy if investigation leads there Although i label them one time charges, the class action charges are actually an ongoing charge with this firm. perhaps they should be budgeted on every other year basis Rating :
