He said, It is time for congress to do what the know is right and that is to grant everyone their "right" to affordable healthcare.

Well, I thought about this for a while and have a few question's.. If it is our right to have healthcare, then we don't have to pay for it. You don't pay for right's. They are inalienable, and granted to us by or creator. (It say's so in the Bill of Right's, The first amendment's to the constitution). Now, if we are "forced" (to do something beyond our wishes) by the threat of punishemnt or other method to pay for it. It cannot be a right, and is a violation of our right's, and that is what the second amendment if for. We have the right to Bare Arms and form a militia, in order to prevent our government from violating our said right's. Therefore, under our constitution, we don't have to buy/pay/participate in the plan it. That is because every citizen in the United States of America has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and it cannot be denied by our government. I have read them many times.

So what is it? Is it a right as granted to each us us under the consitution or is it a mandate which violates the basic right's of all freemen, as we all know them under our constitution? We all have the basic right to life, liberty (freedom) and to pursuit happiness. This vilotes two of my Three. Liberty and pursuit of happiness, and it could directly effect my life, which put's that right in question.

If what is the right of all is the right of one and everyone of us is born a free man with the right to pusue what is best for them alone, then this is surely a violation of our basic tenant's of freedom.

F*k'm, I'm not paying for sh!t, until they can tell me whether this is a right or not.
