Consider this: Didn't mgmt. know that this offer would likely tank the PPS as opposed to some other proposal?

Is this really the last bullet in their gun? Did they really exhaust every possible avenue? I mean, if BK was inevitable, which means they'll lose their customer base in a NY minute, why did they bother to secure concessions with the Teamsters before they hatched this latest proposal?

This proposal, let's call it an event was not an external event outside of the control of the company. YRCW dreamed up this plan right? I'm sure they (YRC Management) were absolutely and totally clueless that this plan would tank the stock price. It never occurred to them that 1.6 billion share dilution and a .20 cent pps would be so coldly received?

Besides the short interest benefiting at the moment, who else stands to benefit from a low PPS? Any theories ladies and gentlemen or do you people believe everything you read.

Don't throw figures and me. Give me your hypothesis on this.
