Here is the 200 million shelf registration i posted a couple of days ago.
Ken this does not say anything about already having a place for these funds? as a matter of fact it states they do not have any reason at that time just that they want to have it in case they were to need it!

so as i stated earlier i believe this 200 million can possably be used in conjunction to off set the 536 million owed to bond holders??

Yrc has some things in store to use to make this dilution work better then others have predicted ???

On May 20, 2009, YRC Worldwide Inc. (the "Company") filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 for the future offering of up to $200 million of common stock, preferred stock and/or warrants. While the Company does not have any specific transactions planned, it believes it is advisable to have an effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission to be able to take advantage of opportunities as they may arise.
