On Friday, they held a conference call and talked up the debt/equity deal. They sure as hell did not tell any investor that on the very next business day (Monday), they'd announce that the debt guys would own 95% of the equity after the deal finalizes. So, if you listened to the happy talk on Friday and bought some shares, wouldn't you feel like you have a basis to sue?
