I went to store number H760058 located at 2930 Carnegie Ave in Cleveland, OH. My check number was 0371. I requested the free piece of grilled chicken. However, when I arrived home the free piece was not include in my order. Yes, it would have been prudent to check the order prior to leaving the drive-thru window. However, I faultly assumed KFC would diligently honor the request for the free grilled chicken sample. My concern is how frequently the free sample is omitted from customer orders? This situation can create customer ill-will that can adversely impact corporate revenues and ultimately the bottom line.
