This latest bizarre move by Icahn will just add another data point to R2's lawsuit demonstrating yet another example of self-serving and questionable behavior in the history of his majority ownership of XO. The ONLY equitable outcome here is an open auction process. I don't know if the court can order that, but R2 prevailing in its legal action would make an auction the most likely endgame.
At .80, XO is only a 4-bagger away from my MINIMUM target of $4 in early 2010. A blowout Q3 earnings report and continued progress toward profitability may just get us there sooner... P.S. Over 100k long & still buying. PLEASE keep putting those offers out there!!! Rating :
