Based on XNPT's lack of successfully bringing ANYTHING to market ever since the beginning of it's founding wy doesn't the MM's release ALL the BOD members for lack of successful executing a organization plan that produces RESULTS. BOD members are you listening duh? Also, besides replacing XNPT's BOD the MM's should replace all of XNPT's exec management - they have had more than ample to time to develop a product. The only think that is said at XNPT is the typical corporate exec. BS - which XNPT;s exec. are not even good at communicating.
MM's dumb XNPT's BOD NOW and re-invent the organization with new, competent management that has the "successful" background to turn this ailing organization around.
