I am out of this stock. This is an LBO gone bad. They simply have too much debt for the perfect storm they ran into. The company isn't worth what they owe the creditors. If it were a house they would just give the keys to the bank and walk away. However, in this case the solution is restructuring in bankruptcy (now or later). I don't see a risk/reward scenario that makes this an investment worth making, considering the world of better opportunities. Good luck to those who choose to roll the loaded dice.
