Grainger red is flowing in the Northeast. Complete sales districts have been let go, DSM now responsible for major accounts, now you will see the business tank. Does anybody know why this company can't retain its employees or its business? It seems to be one experiment after another. Do they actually need or want an outside sales force. Sooner or later management has to answer this question! Playing this game is only costing shareholders money.
