So I went there as I was in Toledo and figured why not check it out its like 15 min away.....So that address is definitley a house...few houses down from a school and more or less in a neighborhood setting....knocked on the door just to be sure....I got no answer.....I urge anyone who is about to invest to go by and check this out for themselves. I just thought I would share.
