The company has already told a month ago that the noteholders are converting their notes to UNrestricted shares so that they can DUMP this POS into the market, evidently because they do not expect they company to be able to ever repay them.

They are so desperate to geta fracction of their money back that they are willing to sell @ 0.0001 rather than wait for months of Bk litigation later, I $uppo$e.

The high volumes of shares that are and have been selling are the result of our debt holder's ability to convert into shares of common stock.
