Just picked up a Dowjones news alert...says WATG $6M shares expected Tuesday, November 10th via Piper Jaffray, Jefferies and Oppenheimer & Co. This is coming through on my power eTrade platform - I do not have a direct link to the Dowjones article. Also, as noted, the release states "$6 million shares" and to me, at least, it is not yet clear whether this means 6 million shares or $6M dollars worth of shares at some unspecified price...
