The below statement is found in the posted article and is a typical bozo comment:

The US commerce department said it has "determined that Chinese producers/exporters have sold OCTG (oil country tubular goods) in the United States at prices ranging from zero to 99.14% less than normal value".

At 99.14% less than normal value, the Chinese must be giving the pipe away. And who sets the "normal" price? It's sad that this action will put US drillers at a disadvantage to the world market and and result in the lose US jobs due to less drilling in the US market. IMHO this action will not hurt

WH and WH has already adjusted to lower sales in the US market.WH is not dependent on the US market and only 6.2% of Of WH's revenue is from North America this year.

To make this more awkward, WH is a US manufacturer with factories in the US and is expanding it's investment in the US factories meaning more jobs created in the US.
