Tetra Technology will buy WLDN for the price ranges from 5-10,depending on two potential contracts on fire safety and water treatment WLDN might get.
When you see various Willdan directors grabbed up those loose shares with their pocket changes you sense something is brewing. Willdan CEO's Tetra connection makes this rumor highly believable.
