I'm guessing that once a person stops paying maintenance fees for a certain amount of time, Wyndham can block access to the timeslot and rent it out to recoup fees. Does anybody know if this is the case? Does Wyndham actually have to go completely through the foreclosure process in order to lock the owner of the timeshare out if fees haven't been paid?

I'm trying to get a sense of how much it actally costs Wyndham on average to foreclose
