For those not familiar with the basics. WHG is a good company, but very, very overvalued (compare it to any asset manager on any metric and it is overvalued). Insiders have been selling like mad as has been the largest holder. Additionally last year they benefitted from gains from outperforming benchmarks and they don't appear to be doing that this year.

From a technical perspective, stock just crossed 200 day Moving average. I think we see $30 in a very short time period.
