but you need to increase that extremely pitiful divd! Wu has got to be a takeover target. They have over a billion in cash - yea some heavy debt but with the cah flow it is not a concern.
WU could easily bump up the divd to ten cents @ share. And better due it or prepare for a takeover. Its just too tempting a target.
