it is time for a shareholder uprising. enough is enough.........and while we are at it, i believe a lawsuit is in order here. if the shareholders really looked in to what was being done (or better yet, not being done) there would be a riot in the streets.
this one time healthy bank has been so abused by this current regime it is hard to believe that there is not criminal neglect at work here. what with the company cars, the country club memberships, the half work days,etc. shareholders, unless you are prepared to lose every nickel of your investment........it is time to make a legal stand against this inept management team.
