If 85K is all ya got-yes. WPZ was a better buy 10% ago at 22 but it still is a bit knocked down so you are OK. I would look at alot of HUN and some BKH as well as PVX and PVR. Two low priced specs (no divvy) are ENT and PRWT. Ed
