WNR is close to the 52 week low and 67% lower than it's 52 week high. It's competitors about 35% ave from the 52 week low about 30% ave from it's 52 week high. Conclusion is that WNR is heavily oversold and is set to gain 35% in the next few months or in the next few days IF earnings/outlook is positive. That would put us at $7.30's just to be within the average of it's competitors. If WNR outperforms it's top competitor COP and it heads toward it's 52 week high then you could see it $10-$16 within a few weeks/months.
