Where does the cash flow disappear?     13-Aug-09 06:46 pm
Quickly looked through a few annual reports since 1993...the size of the business hasn't changed much since then...infact revenues and margins were higher around then...company makes cash most years but then reinvests but if you look at the book value, it has decreased since 1995...so where does the cash go.

The reinvested money is not adding to revenue or profits yet in most years they show a high return on equity. The company hasn't paid any dividends.

The business appears to be running on a treadmill ...going nowhere since it went public...yet the insiders are buying except for one that is selling.
