The CEO has been on the BOD for 12+ years. Previous poster was correct, they need to turn over the BOD and top Mgt ASAP to salvage the value. Company this size needs to identify the niche they will play in and target prospective customers there. Being too diversified in "target" markets makes their services commoditized.
