the mgt was clueless last year when they commented on the value orientation of the portfolio and risk aversion like fools and dumped a good chunk of stocks at the bottom. The problem was not this mistake but a few others. And then are rewarded with huge paychecks ($10 mil) for miserable performance.If mgt had character and a conscious they would give at least half that comp back to shareholders. i lost lot of respect for this board and company when they did this.They are no different than the sleezy cos that rubber stamp mgt decisions. his mistakes have made me good money.
