It's official. Deal apparently closed on Nov 2nd. Why did it take another 4 days for the 8K ... I don't know but I'm not surprised.

One thing at least we know for certain. The company will have to file their Q3 report next week. The official deadline is next Sat (45 days from end of Qtr.0. Unless they get some kind of waiver I guess. As I said before, I am not expecting a CC, but I hope I am proven wrong on that.
