The standard of living in Washington is going to decrease over the next 10 years.

With the destruction of WAMU, whats happening with WY and Boeing and the growth slowdons/maturity of Microsoft and Starbucks, its inevitable.

Also the big refineries along the costs are eveutuallly going to be downzied, sold and/or shutdown. We have overcapacity with the shift to alternative mor efuell efficient vehicles.

On a brighter note, housing will become a lot more affordable. And the Ports should continue to do well with international trade.
