I hope someone from WTW reads this. I'd like you to know your customer service is horrible. I tried to sign-up 2 days ago. My credit card was charged twice and service was not established because of an error about failure to validate my credit card. I checked my account on-line to see what the issue was, and there was nothing, no explanation or data I could follow-up on. I tried to call, but no humans answer phones at WTW. I sent one email and got a reply that made little sense. I sent another email and got a second reply that made absolutely no sense and ignored all my questions (I'm guessing you've outsourced your help desk overseas). Today, I have 2 charges on my credit card, no service and a very bad feeling about WTW. Your customer service is horrible. Clearly you have an issue that should be addressed by your leadership if you want to maintain your customers and not lose them to competitors.
