Look at this from the big picture. Last time, they did not fully execut repurchase plan; Gilbert comment knocked off this stock from the last run up high at 1.88 per share to about $1 so far;this repurchase plan is also for cover up. They won't do anything. The management is the main part of the problem for this stock.
