Insider Sells at the Top & Buys back in     31-Oct-09 02:03 pm    
when stock is about 130% cheaper......Insider sold 200,000 Shares back to the company at $68. a share and now Buys it back at $29.

Wonder why the little guy never knows when the top is here or when the best time to sell is?
