Earnings are just around the corner and for some time now I have followed this company, their trends, comments, and to tell you the truth I am extremely skeptical. The CEO has made positive comments in the past and horrific things have occurred. So, the fact of the matter is that here we are again, close to the earnings release and things could go either way. Volume has been the highest its ever been, but one must ask who is buying it? Are the shorts just playing games with those who are long-term? The ask/bid is like no other, so what is one to think regarding that? There is no liquidity in the stock, so demand some days is week, for example on Tuesday 10/13 in which only 770 shares traded. The CEO has commented on their bigger manufacturing and new machines, but what about customers? Who are they, who is in the pipeline, etc? The recent announcement regarding the new CEO is sketchy, he is only in his 30's. Another problem, I am not aware of any analysts who cover the stock, and the news if any comes directly from Pudil. The manufacturing index if asked is strictly opinionated. Some think that if its strong WSCI is doing well, and others think the opposite. If they miss their earnings this stock will tank and it will be years if not longer before it recovers. If they exceed estimates, the sky is the limit. You really don't know if it is worthy to take into account Pudil's comments both presently and in the past. Good Luck to all who decided to take a shot!!!
