investors could force liquidation and sale of the assets of this company? In other words, force involuntary bankruptcy for a company that does nothing except issue paychecks? I personally wouldn't care how much they get for the sale. Anything now would be better than later and investors may even get a small piece of the pie. Any lawyers out there have any ideas how to go about doing this?
