Any idea who they have retained as bankrutcy counsel?

How can you cut overhead when there are only 4 emplyees and two of those are clerical and the other two dont really do anything - how much underwriting and research needed on the 2 deals they did in 2008?

Is Lindauer still laughing about how he scammed all his buddies into letting him do this and then washing his hands of it?

Am I bitter and po'd - yes, but I sold when I actviely left this board at break even. Its a shame to see what could have been a viable company get wasted. Bring back Lex and let him and Martin run it right.
