With the sharp drop of NARA after its announcement of recap, one may feel that WIBC may meet similar fate. The shares certainly drifted lower, but it may be over shot. To wit, WIBC, at $7 per share is trading at 95% of 2Q book value. If we recall, NARA's secondary was floated at 90% of 3Q book value. So, I'd surmise that we are very close to the floor already.

We might find out more when 3Q is out. That would today or tomorrow.
