WIBC has held up exceptionally well relative to other bank stocks leading up to earnings. Trading just above current book value, the technical s are strong.

This is a thinly traded stock which can be a double edged sword.
If they disappoint it could get slammed.
But, I'm holding for the macro economic turnaround.
Whenever it falls below the 50 MA, however -- I'm out.
