WRO was good enough of a bank to have raised its' dividend each and every quarter since going public.
They are in a wonderful location for takeovers.
Previous acquireries PORT...FESX...MYST...ABBK...FCB...even poor quality BFD...all sold at higher multiples of book value.
BHL has a lower book value than WRO. If they were taken over tomorrow...I guess it would be for less than what we are receiving. We should be acquiring BHL...not visa versa. Also...I wonder why a reporter was barred from attending the meeting today. God forbid she reports in the newspaper about any unhappy shareholders.
