I am buying shares of WRI for my IRA. My goal is to let this sucker pay fat dividends and compound/reinvest until retirement.

Unfortunately, retirement is 40+ years off...and now I am thinking about the likelihood of this company being in existence in 40 years? (Not because of the economy, but if you think about it, how many commercial RE companies are still around that started in the 1960's???)

Any advice? Much appreciated.
