I am not one to taut a stock but this is just ridiculous...WRE has been under pressure because of the weakness in the sector and the outstanding calls[lol]by analyst to sell[at there very lows-genius] . If the sky is falling sell this baby and dig a hole.
On a technical basis this stock is greatly oversold ...I tripled my position in this stock today...the dividend at these prices is around 10% ...If Washington falls[WRE]then it's time to move to China.... ------The thing to fear is fear itself---- I will take my 10% dividend[ now locked in]and enjoy the 30 % price rise over the intermediate term [taking it to 22.75].At that point I might take 20% off the table if I can find a$ good an opporunity in another sector. Dividends coming up this month..just a little cream on the cake... Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
