They are removing invasive carp from Utah lake and there are tons of them, so they are looking for valuable end products to convert them to as they get rid of them.

If any of you folks there want to pass along the idea of making cat food out of them I´t thank ya, don´t live there myself but I do travel through at times and love the state.

They are gonna feed some to the mink on the farms I believe so you don´t want to detract from that, but if they have excess just bag it for cat food. It is an idea that can work for many invasive species when they get to cleaning them out, for example Spain has Roman carp problems in some rivers that can be used for it and England has Asian furry claw crabs destroying the banks of their rivers which might be ground into cat food.

This is good for nutrition for the cats, eases pressures on our oceans where a lot of overfishing is used for cat food and saves resources, and the cat food maker might do it themselves removing costs for the state.
