You don't need Merril to tell you what's obvious. I did my own DD. This stock is getting ready for a breakout off of the 10 year stagnation that it had. WMT's plan was to expand during that time. Now they are shifting gears and are going for the kill. In the meantime Obama is adding 500,000 new WMT shoppoers every week (unemployed folks). This is the opportunity of a life time for WMT to grab teh ball and run with it. And if they don't get it done the next 3 to 4 months they never will.
