I doubt they will have any info on the Indian Coal Tax Credit ruling, but I would love to be wrong about that. (Either way, I think April 1st, 2009 was the deadline they set with the "Investor", whomever that is. That's only weeks away).

I don't think it is mentioned in the news release, but I would hope annual results would be posted by Monday? No more restatements please.
