$23 per share in cash and growing, trades at a $5-6 premium over cash. adj e/s at $.82 x 4 = $3.20 an effective P/E of 2!!!!???? "Significant investments in infrastructure?? WHY the aquirer already has the infrastructure!!!. How much could be effectively invested in infrastructure without truly wasting the money? THere is a very finite limit to what the management team can actually handle.
(I think any infrastructure at WCG is a waste as they should be aquired at a substantial premium to current share price)

The BoD needs to have some serious challenges to their leadership. Why in the world are you sitting on SOOOO MUCH CASH???? Invest it and get some returns on it please. Filtering money market returns to the shareholders aren't what we are paying you the big bucks for.
