Seriously, this article is BS. Businesses must respond to prevent vandalism and theft. We had a bandit-pooper (I suspect it was yank) purposely clog (flushing feminine pads before her own deposit) our ladies-room toilet every day for a week. So we had to put a keypad lock on the door. Shrink and expenses (daily plumber visit) can sink your business if you don't respond. I'm siding with CVS on this one, although the issue is moot because CVS will, like all others, succomb to the Walgreens juggernaugt, IMO. CVS+RiteAid = 11,000 pharmacies Walgreens will steal business from.
