It was just announced this week ("thanks" to the new CFO) that stores are incurring another round of budget cuts. Just when employees thought that their budgets were cut to the bone comes some more cuts. If any of you investors have been into Walgreens stores lately you will have discovered that a good portion of these stores are disaster areas and the level of customer service has dropped to an all time low. There's no one on the floor anymore to help service the customer. Customer Service really hasn't been preached by the higher ups for at least 1/2 year now. The "Seven Service Basics" haven't been preached in over a year. This time next year when the CCR changeover has been proven a failure in terms of sales and gross profits you will see WAGs stock price dip into the low 20's.
