stock will obviously get hammered today. EPS forecast now for year is $2.35-2.55, down about 30cents. Which isn't the end of the world but this is going to be an ugly day for the stock, hoping it holds above $28.

I understand the company doesn't like issuing too much eps guidance but seriously, they should have dumbed down their guidance last time to levels that would have been nearly impossible to miss. Instead, we get this news today. They should have said last year that their target was for $2 or more per share, then built upon that number slowly.

Still think WAB is a long term buy and hold but this could put the brakes on any long term investment by a lot of institutions, etc. who would be new to the story.
