VRAD Sean Casey dumped Embarrassing

Last quarter Virtual Radiologic made a surprising announcement that CEO Sean Casey would no longer be CEO but would continue as Chairman of the Board.
This quarter they announced that the Board dumped Casey and he would no longer Chairman of the Board.
They did this even though Casey is a major stock holder of VRAD.
The stock market reacted by sending VRAD stock soaring higher.
An analyst changed his recommendation from Neutral to a Buy.
How Embarrassing for Sean Casey.

Will his leaving hurt the relationship with VRAD clients? Was his management holding VRAD back and causing all the problems? Will Nighthawk (NHWK) be able to take advantage of this?
Does any one know what Sean Casey did to be tossed out of the company? There must be more to this story, What other surprises are coming?
